Peri Peri Prawn Wrap


This recipe will feed 1 person.

Ingredients:

  • 175g cooked prawns 
  • 1 handful of spinach 
  • 5 cherry tomatoes 
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt 
  • 1 wholemeal wrap 
  • 1 tsp peri peri sauce 

Method:

  1. Pan fry the prawns and tomatoes on a medium heat with the peri peri sauce for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Put the wrap on a plate and dollop the Greek yogurt in a line. Then place the spinach alongside the yogurt.
  3. Place the prawns and tomatoes on the spinach.
  4. Wrap it up, and tuck in 🙂
