Greek Yogurt Berry Bowls 

Recipe will feed 1 person. 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt 
  • Handful of raspberries 
  • Handful of blueberries 
  • Sprinkle of mixed mixed seeds
  • 1 walnut 
  • Squeeze of honey 

Method:

  1. Put the Greek yogurt into a bowl. 
  2. Chuck in the berrries, then the seeds, then the walnut.
  3. Finish it off with a squeeze of honey.
