When you are feeling peckish, it’s easy to reach for the chocolate, but it’s far less difficult if you have better options on offer.
- 1 chai and oat crispbread (Get these at Aldi, they are super thick and crunchy)
- 1 tbsp of cottage cheese
- 1 tsp of pesto
- 1 large sundried Tomato (dab the oil off with kitchen roll to get rid of the greasiness)
- Layer the crispbread with cottage cheese, then pesto and then top it off with the sundried tomato.
