Chai and Oat Crispbread topped with Cottage Cheese, Pesto and Sundried Tomato 

When you are feeling peckish, it’s easy to reach for the chocolate, but it’s far less difficult if you have better options on offer. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 chai and oat crispbread (Get these at Aldi, they are super thick and crunchy)
  • 1 tbsp of cottage cheese 
  • 1 tsp of pesto 
  • 1 large sundried Tomato (dab the oil off with kitchen roll to get rid of the greasiness)

Method:

  1. Layer the crispbread with cottage cheese, then pesto and then top it off with the sundried tomato. 
  2. I’ve partnered my snack with a passion fruit and a cup of Herbal&Heather organic green tea with coconut. I love the range of flavours this snack brings. I highly recommended giving this one a go.
