Avocado and Mixed Berry Smoothie

This smoothie caters for 1 person. You can use any berries you like. Get creative.

Ingredients:

  • Handful of frozen winter berries
  • Handful of frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • Half an avocado
  • Half a lime
  • A squeeze of honey
  • Water

Method:

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz. Add water to create a consistency and thickness that suits you.
