Smoked Paprika Popcorn

Ingredients:

  • 25-30g popcorn kernels
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Sprinkle of salt
  • Fry light cooking spray

Method:

  1. Cook the popcorn kernels in an air popcorn maker.
  2. Place the popcorn in a bowl and spray it with some fry light. Then sprinkle over the salt and smoked paprika. The fry light will help the dry ingredients to stick to the popcorn.
  3. Toss the popcorn with your hands to ensure that the salt and paprika evenly cover the popcorn.
