Chocolate and Peanut Butter Pots


This recipe makes 2 portions.


  • 1 avocado
  • 25g scoop of chocolate protein powder (veggie alternatives are available)
  • Milk/soya
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • Sprinkle of crushed peanuts


  1. Put all the ingredients (minus the crushed peanuts) into a blender and mix until a smooth thick consistency. Add more milk/soya if the blender is struggling.
  2. Scoop mixture out evenly into two little pots.
  3. Crush some peanuts with a mortar and pestle and sprinkle them on top of the chocolate pots.
