This recipe makes 2 portions.
- 1 avocado
- 25g scoop of chocolate protein powder (veggie alternatives are available)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- Sprinkle of crushed peanuts
- Put all the ingredients (minus the crushed peanuts) into a blender and mix until a smooth thick consistency. Add more milk/soya if the blender is struggling.
- Scoop mixture out evenly into two little pots.
- Crush some peanuts with a mortar and pestle and sprinkle them on top of the chocolate pots.
