This recipe caters for 1 person. Replace the milk with soya to make it suitable for vegans/vegetarians.
- 35g porridge oats
- 75-100ml milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Squeeze of honey
- Sprinkle of seeds and nuts
- Mix the porridge oats, milk and cinnamon together.
- Heat in the microwave for 1 minute.
- Give the porridge another stir and top with nuts and a squeeze of honey.
- So quick and simple, and above all, very filling.
