Cinnamon Porridge


This recipe caters for 1 person. Replace the milk with soya to make it suitable for vegans/vegetarians.


  • 35g porridge oats
  • 75-100ml milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Squeeze of honey
  • Sprinkle of seeds and nuts


  1. Mix the porridge oats, milk and cinnamon together.
  2. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute.
  3. Give the porridge another stir and top with nuts and a squeeze of honey.
  4. So quick and simple, and above all, very filling.
