- 2 tbsp of Greek yogurt
- Handful of berries
- Sprinkle of mixed seeds and nuts
- Squeeze of honey
- Put two large dollops of Greek yogurt into a bowl. I would avoid the Greek style yogurt, it’s runny and sour. The real stuff is thick and creamy.
- Top the yogurt with blueberries and red currants. But honestly, do what you want, use any berries that you like.
- Chuck on some nuts and seeds and drizzle with some honey.
