Greek Yoghurt Berry Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp of Greek yogurt
  • Handful of berries
  • Sprinkle of mixed seeds and nuts
  • Squeeze of honey

Method:

  1. Put two large dollops of Greek yogurt into a bowl. I would avoid the Greek style yogurt, it’s runny and sour. The real stuff is thick and creamy.
  2. Top the yogurt with blueberries and red currants. But honestly, do what you want, use any berries that you like.
  3. Chuck on some nuts and seeds and drizzle with some honey.
